New Technology and Gadgets for 2009

Toshiba's new LCD TV's are looking good with three new ranges, the ZF, XV and RV which have various features including 1080p resolution, Active Vision M100 HD 100Hz Picture processing, 24fps compatibility, Dynamic Contrast ratio of 30,000:1, an new Audyssey Equalizer and 4 HDMIs, to name just a few.
Philips launched a new Virtual Surround System called CinemaOne which is an iPod dock, CD and DVD Player, 5 channel amplifier, 6 speakers and a sub woofer all in one little compact package looking rather like the base of your nan's scales. In a black finish though, which brings it right up to the modern market that it is aimed at and a perfect contraption for any gadget geek. Philips also launched a whole new family of HDTV's which we previously reported on being the Philips Essence, Aurea, 9600, 9700 & 9800.
Sony added a few extras to their exciting ranges of LCD TV's such as the Sony BDP-S5000ES Blu-ray Player, Sony Bravia VPL-HW10 HD Projector, Sony STR-DA5400ES high-end AV Receiver, Sony BDV-IT1000 5.1 channel Blu-Ray Home Cinema System and the Sony Cybershot T500 digital Camera.
Samsung showed off its new notebook range, the ultra slim and stunning X360 (not be confused with the Xbox 360). This new notebook has so many exciting features and really gives the Apple MacBook Air a run for its money being a few grams lighter. It shiny and its black and its a monster of a machine with amazing spec. Watch this space for more details.
